1              Name of regulation
                This regulation is the Family Law Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This regulation commences as follows:
                (a)    on the day after it is registered — sections 1 to 3 and items [3] and [4] of Schedule 1;
               (b)    on the commencement of the Civil Partnerships Act 2011 (Qld) — items [1] and [2] of Schedule 1.
3              Amendment of Family Law Regulations 1984
                Schedule 1 amends the Family Law Regulations 1984.
