1. Name of Determination
This Determination is the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Capital Sensitivity) Amendment and Repeal Determination 2013.
2. Commencement
This Determination commences as follows:
(a) sections 1 to 4 and Schedule 1 on 1 November 2013;
(b) Schedule 2 on the cessation or earlier repeal of the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulation 2012.
3. Authority
This Determination is made under the Health Insurance Act 1973.
4. Schedule
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
