Revocation of approval as a VET provider on request by the body under subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)
 
In accordance with subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act, on 30 September 2013, ICHM Pty Ltd (ABN: 64 080 984 738) requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a VET provider.
 
Notice of revocation of approval under subclause 39(3) of Schedule 1A to the Act
 
I, Shelley Owen, a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of clause 39 of Schedule 1A to the Act:
 
(a)           hereby revoke the approval of ICHM Pty Ltd as a VET provider, Instrument of Approval No. 6 of 2008 dated 14 October 2008, and registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments on 14 October 2008, pursuant to subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and
 
(b)          shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to ICHM Pty Ltd as required by paragraph 39(3)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Act.
 
 
 
The revocation shall take effect on 31 October 2013.
