1 Name of Rules
These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2013 (No. 4).
2. Commencement
These Rules commence on:
(a) 20 September 2013; or
(b) if registered after 20 September 2013, the day after registration.
3. Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2011
The schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2011 as amended.
