NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003
 
 
Revocation of approval as a higher education provider on request by the body under subsection 22‑40(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)
 
In accordance with subsection 22-40(1) of the Act, on 17 June 2013, Australian Lutheran College requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a higher education provider.
 
Notice of revocation of approval under subsection 22-40(3) of the Act
 
I, Alison Cleary, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research for the purposes of section 22-40 of the Act:
 
a)      hereby revoke approval of Australian Lutheran College as a higher education provider, Instrument of Approval No T41-2004 and notified in the Special Gazette No S454 on 11 November 2004, pursuant to subsection 22-40(1) of the Act; and
 
b)      shall cause of a copy of this notice to be given to Australian Lutheran College as required under subsection 22-40(3)  to the Act.
 
The revocation shall take effect on 31 July 2013.
