1 Name of determination
This determination is the Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy – Workforce Supplement Amount) Determination 2013.
2 Commencement
This determination commences on 1 July 2013.
3 Authority
This determination is made under the Aged Care Act 1997.
4 Definitions
In this determination:
Act means the Aged Care Act 1997.
basic subsidy amount means the amount worked out using Subdivision 44-B of the Act.
workforce supplement means the workforce supplement referred to in Division 5 of Part 10 of the Residential Care Subsidy Principles 1997.
5 Amount of workforce supplement
The amount of the workforce supplement payable in respect of a day for an eligible care recipient is the amount that is 1% of the basic subsidy amount that is payable in respect of the day for the care recipient.
