subsection 48-1(3) of the Aged Care Act 1997.

1              Name of Determination
                This Determination is the Aged Care (Community Care Subsidy Amount) Determination 2013 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences on 1 July 2013.
3              Revocation
       The Aged Care (Community Care Subsidy Amount) Determination 2012 (No. 1) made by the Minister on 22 June 2012, also known as F2012L01417, is revoked.
4              Definitions
                In this Determination:
ARIA score, in relation to a location, means the score given to that location under the document titled Viability Funding — ARIA scores for locations as at 30 July 1999, published by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing.
5              Community Care Subsidy
                The amount of community care subsidy payable in respect of a day for a care recipient receiving community care is the sum of the following amounts:
a.       The base subsidy is $37.38; and
b.      the amount in column 3 of the following table that corresponds to the ARIA score for the geographical location at which the care recipient resides:
