ARENA Act Subsection 64(3) Determination 2013/01
 
I, PENELOPE YING YEN WONG, Minister for Finance and Deregulation, determine the amount of $278,892,619.29 for the purposes of subsection 64(3) of the Australian Renewable Energy Agency Act 2011 (ARENA Act), being an amount not exceeding the balance standing to the credit of the Clean Energy Initiative Special Account.
Subsection 64(4) of the ARENA Act provides that if I determine an amount for the purposes of subsection 64(3), the amount is debited from the Clean Energy Initiative Special Account. The table in subsection 64(1) of the ARENA Act then has effect as if the amount specified in the table for the 2012-2013 financial year were increased (or further increased) by that amount.
This Determination may be cited as the ARENA Act Subsection 64(3) Determination 2013/01.
