1 Name of regulation
This regulation is the Income Tax Assessment Amendment (Exempt Entities) Regulation 2013.
2 Commencement
This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Authority
This regulation is made under the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

1 At the end of Division 50
Add:
50‑50.03 Prescribed sporting society, association or club
For paragraph 50‑70(c) of the Act, International Cricket Council Development (International) Limited is prescribed for the period that starts on 1 July 2013 and ends on 30 June 2018.
