INSTRUMENT OF REVOCATION
(Paragraphs 5.36(1)(a) and 5.36(1)(b))
 
 
I, STEPHEN SHEEHAN, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraphs 5.36(1)(a) and 5.36(1)(b) of the Migration Regulations (‘the Regulations’) REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 12/135 signed on 20 December 2012, specifying, for the purposes of paragraphs 5.36(1)(a) and 5.36(1)(b), Iran as a country in which the payment of fee may be made in either Australian Dollars or Iranian Rials and/or, for the purposes of paragraph 5.36(1)(a), that Iran is a place at which a payment of a fee must be made and, for the purposes of paragraph 5.36(1)(b), that the Iranian Rial is a currency in which a fee may be paid at that place.
 
This Instrument, IMMI 13/077 commences on 1 June 2013.
