1.         Name of Notice
 
This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 5 of 2013).
 
2.         Commencement
 
This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
 
3.         Definitions
 
In this Notice:
 
Principal Notice means the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.
 
4.         Amendments
 
Substitute Item 5.2 of the Schedule to the Principal Notice with the following:
 
5.2       Each match in the National Rugby League State of Origin Series, except for:
 
(a)    All matches to be played between 5 June 2013 and 17 July 2013 as part of the 2013 National Rugby League State of Origin Series.
