I, STEPHEN MICHAEL CONROY, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, make this Notice under subsection 115(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

1.         Name of Notice
 
This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 4 of 2013).
 
2.         Commencement
 
This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
 
3.         Amendment of the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010
 
Schedule 1 to this Notice amends the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.
 
 
 
Schedule 1 – Amendments
 
1                    Clause 5.1 of the Schedule (the clause 5.1 inserted by section 4 of the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 11 of 2012))
 
Renumber as clause 1.1.
 
2                    Paragraph 5.1(a) of the Schedule
 
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
 
(a)    all matches to be played between 25 April 2013 and 29 July 2013 as part of the 2013 National Rugby League Premiership competition.
 
3                    Clause 5.3 of the Schedule
 
Repeal the clause, substitute:
 
5.3       Each international rugby league “test” match involving the senior Australian representative team, played in Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom, except for:
 
(a)    the match to be played on 19 April 2013 in Australia between the senior Australian representative team and the senior New Zealand representative team.
