1.1.1.                              This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 42/04 – General Safety Requirements) 2005 Amendment 3.

1.2.1.                              This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

2.1.                                    The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 42/04 – General Safety Requirements) 2005.
 
 
Schedule 1
[1]               Clause 8.2.1 amend to read:
“8.2.1.      cargo access doors, tailgates or other such structures when closed afford comparable protection; or”
[2]               Clause 10.3 amend to read:
“10.3.       NC Vehicles must meet the following requirements:”
