ARRANGEMENTS FOR WORK AND HOLIDAY VISA APPLICANTS FROM
THAILAND, IRAN, CHILE, TURKEY, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, MALAYSIA, INDONESIA, BANGLADESH, ARGENTINA AND URUGUAY
(ITEM 1224A AND PARAGRAPH 462.221(c))
I, PAULA WILLIAMS, Assistant Secretary, Education, Tourism and International Arrangements Branch, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under item 1224A of Schedule 1 and paragraph 462.221(c) of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
1. REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 11/053, signed on 12 January 2012, specifying foreign countries, educational qualifications and addresses for the purposes of item 1224A of Schedule 1 to the Regulations and paragraph 462.221(c) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations.
2. SPECIFY for the purpose of paragraph 1224A(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations the following foreign countries AND SPECIFY for the purposes of paragraph 462.221(c) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations the educational qualifications in relation to the corresponding specified foreign country:
