1.         Name of Notice
 
This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 12 of 2014).
 
2.         Commencement
 
This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
 
3.         Amendment of the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010
 
Schedule 1 to this Notice amends the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.
 
 
 
Schedule 1 – Amendments
 
1                    Clause 11.1 of the Schedule
Repeal the clause, substitute:
11.1            Each round of the Australian Masters tournament, played as part of the Professional Golfers Association Tour of Australasia, except for:
a)      each round of the 2014 and 2015 Australian Masters tournament, played as part of the Professional Golfers Association Tour of Australasia.
2                    Clause 11.2 of the Schedule
Repeal the clause, substitute:
11.2            Each round of the Australian Open tournament, played as part of the Professional Golfers Association Tour of Australasia except for:
a)      each round of the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Australian Open tournament, played as part of the Professional Golfers Association Tour of Australasia.
 
 
3                    Clause 11.3 of the Schedule
Repeal the clause, substitute:
11.3           Each round of the United States Masters tournament, played as part of the Professional Golfers Association Tour.
