1 Name of Declaration
This Declaration is the Carrier Licence Conditions (Telstra Corporation Limited) Declaration 1997 (Amendment No.3 of 2014).
2 Commencement
This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3 Variation
The Carrier Licence Conditions (Telstra Corporation Limited) Declaration 1997 is amended as set out in the Schedule to this Declaration.
4 Expiry
This Declaration expires on the day after it commences, as if it had been repealed by another instrument.
