1              Name of Determination
                This Determination is the Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Amendment Determination 2014 (No. 2).
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
3              Amendment of Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Determination 2003 (No. 2).
                Schedule 1 amends the Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Determination 2003 (No. 2).

wireless audio system means a system, consisting of more than one land mobile station, that:
(a)        is operated under a land mobile licence;
(b)       is operated primarily to transmit audio information between land mobile stations;
(c)        has an emission bandwidth greater than 100 kHz;
(d)       uses assigned frequencies within a range of frequencies specified in the land mobile licence; and
(e)        operates at a power not exceeding 250 mW EIRP.
