1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Telecommunications Service Provider (Mobile Premium Services) Amendment Determination 2014 (No.1).
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

Schedule 1 amends the Telecommunications Service Provider (Mobile Premium Services) Determination 2010 (No. 1).

Omit the definitions of first year and subsequent years.
[2] Paragraphs 5(c) and (d)
Omit the paragraphs and substitute:
(c) to provide a convenient method for making such requests.
[3] Section 11
Omit the section.
[4] Section 12
Omit the section.
[5] Subsection 13(2)
Omit the subsection and substitute:
(2) If the ACMA determines that the customer-convenient service provided by the mobile carriage service provider under this Determination did not comply with this Determination, the ACMA may give a notice to the mobile carriage service provider setting out how the customer-convenient service provided by the mobile carriage service provider must be improved.
