Revocation of approval under Clause 29B of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)
 
I, Alison Cleary, a delegate of the Minister for Education, for the purposes of clause 29B of Schedule 1A to the Act:
(a)           hereby revoke the approval of Carrick Institute of Education Pty Ltd (ABN: 90 129 017 385) as a VET provider, Instrument of Approval No. 19 of 2009 dated 29 June 2009, and registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments No. F2009L02656 on 11 August 2009, pursuant to paragraph 29B(1)(a) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and
(b)          shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to Carrick Institute of Education Pty Ltd as required by subclause 29B(2) of Schedule 1A to the Act.
In accordance with subclause 29B(4) of Schedule 1A to the Act the revocation shall take effect on the day that this notice is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
