Communications Legislation (Spent and Redundant Instruments) Instrument of Repeal (No. 1) 2014
I, MALCOLM BLIGH TURNBULL, Minister for Communications, in accordance with subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, make this instrument of repeal under the provisions of the Acts that are specified in Columns 1 and 2 of the Table in the Schedule to this instrument.

1               Name of instrument
This instrument is the Communications Legislation (Spent and Redundant Instruments) Instrument of Repeal (No. 1) 2014.
2               Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
3               Definitions
In this instrument:
ACMA Act means the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005.
BSA means the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
Radcomms Act means the Radiocommunications Act 1992.   
4               Repeal
The instruments specified in Column 3 of the Table in the Schedule to this instrument are repealed.
5               Expiry
This instrument expires on the day after it commences as if it had been repealed by another instrument.
