1  Name of determination
                   This determination is the Marriage (Celebrancy qualifications or skills) Amendment (Training Materials) Determination 2014.
2  Commencement
                   This determination commences on 1 July 2014.
3  Authority
                   This determination is made under regulation 37G of the Marriage Regulations 1963.
4  Schedule(s)
                   Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Schedule 1—Amendments
  
Marriage (Celebrancy qualifications or skills) Determination 2009
1  Paragraph 5(3)(e)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
                     (e)  if the unit is delivered during the period beginning on 1 July 2014 and ending on 30 September 2014:
                              (i)  Forms 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 12A, 12D, 13, 14, 14A, 15, 16 and 24 in Schedule 1 to the Marriage Regulations 1963, as in force immediately before 1 July 2014; and
                             (ii)  Schedules 1A, 1B and 2 to those Regulations;
                      (f)  if the unit is delivered on or after 1 October 2014—the materials set out in subsection (3A).
2  After subsection 5(3)
Insert:
          (3A)  For paragraph (3)(f), the materials are the following:
                     (a)  Form 15 in Schedule 1 to the Marriage Regulations 1963 and Schedules 1A, 1B and 2 to those Regulations;
                     (b)  the forms approved by the Minister for the provisions of the Marriage Act 1961 referred to in paragraphs 119(3)(b) to (e) and (i) of that Act;
                     (c)  the forms (if any) approved by the Minister under subsection 119(1) of the Marriage Act 1961 for the purpose of any of the following provisions of that Act:
                              (i)  section 12;
                             (ii)  section 15;
                            (iii)  section 16;
                            (iv)  paragraph 39H(4)(a);
                             (v)  subsection 42(5A).
