1.         Name of Notice
 
This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 8 of 2014).
 
2.         Commencement
 
This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
 
3.         Amendment of the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010
 
Schedule 1 to this Notice amends the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.
 
 
 
Schedule 1 – Amendments
 
1                    Clause 9.1 of the Schedule
Repeal the clause, substitute:
9.1       Each match in the Australian Open tennis tournament.
2                    Clause 9.2 of the Schedule
 
Repeal the clause, substitute:
 
8.2       Each match in the men’s and women’s singles quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals of the Wimbledon (the Lawn Tennis Championships) except for:
(a)  each match of the 2014 Wimbledon tournament.
 
3                    Subclause 9.3(a) of the Schedule   
 
Omit “2013”.
 
4          Clause 9.4 of the Schedule
 
Repeal the clause, substitute:
 
9.4       Each match in each tie of the International Tennis Federation Davis Cup World Group tennis tournament involving an Australian representative team.
