1  Name of regulation
                   This regulation is the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment (2014 Measures No. 5) Regulation 2014.
2  Commencement
                   This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.
3  Authority
                   This regulation is made under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.
4  Schedule(s)
                   Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Assistance for transition to the new regime for delivery of certain public interest telecommunications services
To support telecommunications carriers that are corporations to which paragraph 51(xx) of the Constitution applies by assisting them to transition to a new regime for the delivery of public interest telecommunications services.
