Financial Sector (Collection of Data) Act 2001
 
I, Steven John Davies, delegate of APRA, under paragraph 13(1)(a) of the Financial Sector (Collection of Data) Act 2001 (the Act) and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 VARY Financial Sector (Collection of Data) (reporting standard) determination No. 97 of 2013 in accordance with the schedule.
 
This instrument commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

Interpretation
In this Determination:
APRA means the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority.
Federal Register of Legislative Instruments means the register established under section 20 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
Schedule
 
1.    Subparagraph 1(b)
 
Delete the subparagraph, substitute:
 
(b)  the determinations and reporting standards set out in items 18 to 23 of column 1 of the table, on 1 July 2014.
 
2.    Subparagraph 4(b)
 
Delete the subparagraph, substitute:
 
(b)  in the case of items 18 to 23 inclusive of the table – on 1 July 2014.

Delete item 18 of the Table
 
4.    Items 19 to 24, Table
 
Re-number items 19 to 24 of the table as items 18 to 23 respectively
