I, MALCOLM BLIGH TURNBULL, Minister for Communications, make this Notice under subsection 115(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

1. Name of Notice
This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 6 of 2014).
2. Commencement
This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3. Amendment of the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010
Schedule 1 to this Notice amends the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.
Schedule 1 – Amendments
1 Clause 5.1 (the clause 5.1 inserted by clause 1 of Schedule 1 to the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 3 of 2014))
Renumber as clause 12.3.
2 Clause 8.2 of the Schedule
Repeal the clause, substitute:
8.2 Each match of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association World Cup tournament held in 2014 except for the following matches in the Group Stage:
(a) for Group A, the match between Cameroon and Brazil; and the match between Croatia and Mexico;
(b) for Group B, the match between Australia and Spain; and the match between Netherlands and Chile;
(c) for Group C, the match between Japan and Colombia; and the match between Greece and the Ivory Coast;
(d) for Group D, the match between Italy and Uruguay; and the match between Costa Rica and England;
(e) for Group E, the match between Ecuador and France; and the match between Honduras and Switzerland;
(f) for Group F, the match between Nigeria and Argentina; and the match between Bosnia-Herzegovina and Iran;
(g) for Group G, the match between Portugal and Ghana; and the match between the United States and Germany; and
(h) for Group H, the match between Algeria and Russia; and the match between South Korea and Belgium.
