1 Name of regulation
This regulation is the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulation 2014.
2 Commencement
This regulation commences on 1 July 2014.
3 Authority
This regulation is made under the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Act 1989.
4 Schedule(s)
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Schedule 1—Amendments
Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Regulations 1990
1 Regulation 2
Insert:
Environment Department means the Department administered by the Minister administering the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
2 Regulations 8A, 8C and 9B
Omit “Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities”, substitute “Environment Department”.
3 Subparagraph 11C(4)(c)(i)
Omit “, or in a fuel additive”.
4 Subregulation 11C(5) (definition of fuel additive)
Repeal the definition.
5 Schedule 2 (table item 26)
Repeal the item, substitute:

Fee for application under subregulation 11C(4) for approval to introduce the industrial chemical mentioned in paragraph 11C(1)(e)
