I, MALCOLM BLIGH TURNBULL, Minister for Communications make the following instrument of revocation under subsection 63 (6) of the Telecommunications Act 1997.

The Carrier Licence Conditions (Vodafone Pty Limited) Declaration 1997 is revoked.
4          Expiry
This instrument expires on the day after it commences, as if it had been repealed by another instrument.
