Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999
I, Barnaby Joyce, Minister for Agriculture, make this declaration under clause 13 of Schedule 27 to the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999.

1  Name of Declaration
                This Declaration is the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies (Designated Bodies) Declaration 2013.
2  Commencement
                This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.
3  Definition
                In this Declaration:
 
                Act means the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999.
4  Declaration of designated bodies
(1)    For the purposes of Part 4 of Schedule 27 to the Act, Grain Producers Australia Limited (ABN 63 111 059 995) is declared to be a designated body in relation to:
                (a)    wheat; and
               (b)    the products included in the definition of leviable coarse grains in clause 1 of Schedule 4 to the Act; and
                (c)    the products included in the definition of leviable grain legumes in clause 1 of Schedule 12 to the Act; and
               (d)    the products included in the definition of leviable oilseeds in clause 1 of Schedule 20 to the Act.
            
(2)    For the purposes of Part 4 of Schedule 27 to the Act, AUSVEG Limited (ABN 25 107 507 559) is declared to be a designated body in relation to:
                (a)    unprocessed potatoes; and
               (b)    processing potatoes; and
                (c)    vegetables, other than the products mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (j) of clause 17.1 of Part 17 of Schedule 15 to the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Regulations 1999.
