Amendment to the list of migratory species under section 209 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999
 
 
I, GREG HUNT, Minister for the Environment, pursuant to section 209(6) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby amend the list referred to in section 209 of that Act by updating the names of the following listed migratory species:
 
Actitus hypoleucos Common Sandpiper to Actitis hypoleucos
Calidris alba (Crocethia alba) Sanderling to Calidris alba
Cuculus saturatus to Cuculus optatus
Charadrius veredus (Charadrius asiaticus veredus) Oriental Plover to Charadrius veredus
Chlidonias leucopterus White-winged Tern to Chlidonias leucopterus
Heteroscelus brevipes Grey-tailed Tattler to Tringa brevipes
Hirundo daurica to Cecropis daurica
