TRANSIT PASSENGERS WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A SPECIAL PURPOSE VISA 2015
(Paragraph 2.40(1)(n))
I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under paragraph 2.40(l)(n) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):
1. REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 14/090 (F2014L01322) signed on 2 October 2014, specifying transit passengers who are eligible for a Special Purpose Visa; AND
2. SPECIFY each class of persons, specified in clauses (a) to (d) of the Schedule to this Instrument, as a class of persons for the purposes of paragraph 2.40(1)(n) of the Regulations.
This Instrument, IMMI 15/057, commences on 18 April 2015.
