1       Name of Determination
This Determination is the National Health (Immunisation Program – Designated Vaccines) Variation Determination 2015 (No. 1).
2       Commencement
          This Determination commences on 1 June 2015.
3       Variation of National Health (Immunisation Program – Designated Vaccines) Determination 2014 (No. 1)

Vaccine
Diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (child)
Circumstances
Vaccine may be provided to a child who is about 18 months of age.
 
Infanrix
Injection (0.5mL)
Each of the following:
(a)  diphtheria toxoid —
       not less than 30 IU;
(b)  tetanus toxoid — not
       less than 40 IU;
(c)  PT — 25 μg;
(d)  FHA — 25 μg;
(e)  PRN — 8 μg
