This instrument is ASIC Corporations (Amendment No. 3) Instrument 2015.
2        Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

This instrument is made under subsection 1020F(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.
4        Schedule
The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable item in the Schedule.

Omit subparagraph (b), substitute:
