ARRANGEMENTS FOR BUSINESS SKILLS VISAS APPLICATIONS 2015
(Items 1104AA, 1104BA, 1104B, 1112, 1113, 1202A, 1202B)
I, michaelia cash, Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations), for items 1104AA, 1104BA, 1104B, 1112, 1113, 1202A and 1202B of Schedule 1 to the Regulations:
 
1.                  REVOKE instrument numbers IMMI 14/066 (F2014L01030)  made under item 1112 on 18 July 2014 and IMMI 14/065 (F2014L01029) made under item 1202A on 18 July 2014; AND
 
2.                  SPECIFY for subitems 1104AA(1), 1104BA(1), 1104B(1), 1112(1), 1113(1) and 1202B(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations the following approved forms and for paragraphs 1104AA(3)(a), 1104BA(3)(a), 1104B(3)(a), 1112(3)(a), 1113(3)(a) and 1202B(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations the following place and manner for making an application:
