subregulation 6(1) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.

1 Name of Instrument
This Instrument is the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons – Libya) Amendment List 2015 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Amendment of the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons – Libya) List 2012
Schedule 1 amends the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons – Libya) List 2012.
