SPECIFICATION OF REGIONAL AREA 2015
(Subclause 1404(4))
I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subclause 1404(4) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):
1.             REVOKE Instrument IMMI 15/075 (F2015L00964), signed on 17 June 2015, specifying regional areas;
2.             SPECIFY that each location identified by name or postcode in the Schedule to this Instrument is a regional area.
3.             This Instrument, IMMI 15/122 commences on 10 October 2015.
