 EASTERN TUNA AND BILLFISH FISHERY TOTAL ALLOWABLE COMMERCIAL CATCH AND UNDERCATCH/OVERCATCH DETERMINATION 2015
 
                                                                                                                                                           
 
The AUSTRALIAN FISHERIES MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY makes the following Determination pursuant to subsection 17(6)(aa) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991 under subsections 3.2(1) and 3.2(2) of the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2010.

Citation
1.   This Determination may be cited as the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery Total Allowable Commercial Catch and Undercatch/Overcatch Determination 2015.
 
Commencement
2.   This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
 
Cessation
3.   This Determination ceases as if revoked on 1 March 2016 unless earlier revoked. 
Interpretation
4.   Terms used in this Determination that are defined for the purposes of the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2010 (‘the Plan’) have the same meanings in this Determination as they have in that Plan.
Notes:             1.    Terms defined in the Fisheries Management Act 1991 have the same meanings in this Determination.
Determination of total allowable commercial catch
5.   The total allowable commercial catch for quota species for the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery fishing season commencing on 1 March 2015 and ending on 29 February 2016 is:

6.   The determined percentage and determined weight, for section 4.5 of the Plan (Obligations relating to overcatch), and the determined percentage for section 4.6 of the Plan (Obligations relating to undercatch) for each quota species for the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery fishing season commencing on 1 March 2015 and ending on 29 February 2016 are:
