Veterans’ Entitlements (Period to Show Decision is Reviewable by Veterans’ Review Board) Instrument 2014

Instrument 2014 No. Min 84

1.         I, Michael Ronaldson, Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, prescribe 28 days as the period for the purposes of paragraph 155(7)(b) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986.

2.         This instrument is the Veterans’ Entitlements (Period to Show Decision is Reviewable by Veterans’ Review Board) Instrument 2014.

3.         This instrument commences on the day after registration.
