I, Christopher Pyne, Minister for Education and Training, pursuant to section 41-50 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (‘the Act’), approve the attached list of the maximum amounts of all grants which may be paid in 2015 for each purpose of grant specified in the table in section 41-10 of the Act.

1     Name
 
This instrument is Amendment No.1 to the List of Maximum Grant Amounts under Division 41 for 2015 (Education).
 
2     Authority
 
This instrument is made under subsection 41-50(1) and (2) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
 
3     Commencement
 
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
4        Amendment
The List of grants under Division 41 for 2015 (F2015L00052) is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
