1        Name of legislative instrument
This instrument is the ASIC Corporations (Amendment) Instrument 2016/0030.
2        Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3        Authority
This instrument is made under paragraph 907D(2)(a) of the Corporations Act 2001.
4        Schedule
The instrument specified in Schedule1 to this instrument is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Omit “31 January 2016”, substitute “31 January 2017”.
