ELIGIBLE EDUCATION PROVIDERS AND EDUCATIONAL BUSINESS PARTNERS 2016
 
(Clauses 572.112, 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112)
I, PETER DUTTON Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under clauses 572.112, 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112 of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994
(the Regulations):
1.             REVOKE Instrument IMMI 15/132, Eligible Education Providers and Educational Business Partners 2015 signed on 17 November 2015 (F2015L01820); and
2.             SPECIFY for paragraphs 572.112(a), 573.112(a) and 574.112(a) and clause 575.112, in relation to an application for one of the following visas, made on or after the commencement of this Instrument:
a)        Subclass 572 – Vocational Education and Training Sector visa;
b)        Subclass 573 – Higher Education Sector visa;
c)        Subclass 574 – Postgraduate Research Sector visa; or
d)       Subclass 575 – Non-Award Sector visa,
the university education providers listed in Column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Instrument and the non-university education providers listed in Column 1 of Schedule 2 to this Instrument as eligible education providers; and
3.             SPECIFY for paragraphs 572.112(b), 573.112(b) and 574.112(b) in relation to an application for one of the following visas, made on or after the commencement of this Instrument:
a)        Subclass 572 – Vocational Education and Training Sector visa;
b)        Subclass 573 – Higher Education Sector visa; or
c)        Subclass 574 – Postgraduate Research Sector visa,
the educational providers listed in Column 2 of Schedule 1 to the Instrument and the educational providers listed in Column 2 of Schedule 2 as educational business partners of relevant the education provider mentioned in Column 1.
This Instrument, IMMI 16/003, commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
