THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CORPORATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011

No. 10 of 2011

AN ACT to amend the International Business Corporations Act, Cap 222.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as follows:

1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the International Business Corporations (Amendment) Act, 2011.

2. Amendment of Section 316.

Section 316 of the International Business Corporations Act is amended by the repeal of subsection
(5) and the substitution of the following –

“(5) The Commission shall be managed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven (7) persons,
all of whom shall be appointed by the Minister after approval of the Cabinet”.
