ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA

AN ACT to amend the Immigration and Passport Act Cap. 208.

[ 1st September, 2003 ]

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as
follows -

1. This Act may be cited as the Immigration and Passport Short title.
(Amendment) Act, 2003.

2. The Immigration and Passport Act is amended by the in- Insertion of

Antigua and Barbuda;

(3) is on the commencement of this section resident in
Antigua and Barbuda; and

(c) has been granted amnesty or a permit by the chief
Immigration Officer to remain in Antigua and
Barbuda before the commencement of this section,

shall, for the purposes of this Act and any other law be deemed
to have been lawfully resident in Antigua and Barbuda through-
out the period of his residence.
