1. This Act may be cited as the Gazette (Authoriza- short title.
tion) Act.

2. All printed copies of the Gazette shall have imprinted :;pe ;ii,pfF
at the end the name of the printer who printed the same
with the words "by authority" added thereafter.

3. Any person who- Penalty for

(a) prints any paper which falsely purports to be "pies.

( 6 ) tenders in evidence any such paper falsely pur-
porting to be the Gazette, knowing that the same was
not duly printed and published,

shall be guilty of felony and on conviction be liable to be
imprisoned for any term not exceeding two years with or
without hard labour.
