FORT JAMES (REGULATION)

1. This Act may be cited as the Fort James (Regula- Short title.
tion) Act.

2. In this Act "Fort James" shall include all buildings Interpretation.
and huts erected therein, the bathing huts and jetties and
all land including roads and beaches within a distance of
half a mile of the main gate thereof.

3. The Cabinet may make regulations, with or without Power regulations. t make
a penalty for any breach thereof, for the control, maintenance
and use of Fort James.
