AN ACT to amend the Embarkation Tax Act, Cap.146.

ENACTED by Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as follows-

1. This Act may be cited as the Embarkation Tax (Amendment) shOa title.

2. Section 4 of the Embarkation Tax Act is amended in subsec- Amendment of
