ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA

No. 16 of 2002

AN ACT to provide for the services of the Electoral Commis-
sion established under section 3 of the Representation of the
People Act, No. 17 of 2001.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as
follows -

1. This Act may be cited as the Electoral Commission Ap- Short title.
propriation (2002) Act 2002.

2. The issue from the Consolidated Fund of the sum of Four Issue from the
Million and Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,500,000.00) Consolidated Fund
is authorized in order to meet the expenditure for the services ($4~500~000.00)
of the Electorial Commission in respect of the calendar year
ending 3 1st day of December, 2002 under Heads E 9 and E
10A of the Schedule hereto and the sum specified in the Sched-
ule opposite the items and named Head is appropriated out of
the Consolidated Fund for the services in relation to the Elec-
toral Commission.
