(RATIFICATION OF AGREEMENT)

1. This Act may be cited as the Eastern Caribbean short title.
Common Market (Ratification of Agreement) Act.

2. In this Act the expression "Associated States" shall Interpretation.
have the same meaning assigned to it by the Agreement men-
tioned in section 3 of this Act.

3. The Agreement signed on behalf of the Associated Ratififation.
States on the 1 lth day of June, 1968, in Grenada for the
establishment of the Eastern Caribbean Common Market
and the Protocol thereto are hereby ratified.
