1. This Act may be cited as the By-Laws (Printing S h o ~
of False Copies) Act.

2. Any person who- Penalty for
printing false

(a) prints any paper which falsely purports to be
a copy of a By-law, or,

(b) tenders in evidence any such paper falsely pur-
porting to be a copy of a By-law knowing the same to
be false

shall be guilty of felony and on conviction shall be liable
to be imprisoned for any term not exceeding two years with
or without hard labour.
