ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA

THE APPROPRIATION ACT, 2007.

No. 25 of 2007

AN ACT to provide for the services of Antigua and Barbuda for the year ending on 31st day of
December, 2008.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as follows:—

1. Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act, 2007 and shall come into operation on the 1st
January, 2008.

2. Issue of eight hundred and twenty-three million, two hundred and sixty-six thousand, and
three hundred and sixty-eight dollars

The issue from the Consolidated Fund of the sum of eight hundred and twenty three million, two
hundred and sixty-six thousand, and three hundred and sixty-eight dollars ($823,266,368.00) is
authorized in order to meet expenditure for the services of Antigua and Barbuda in respect of calendar
year ending on the thirty-first day of December, 2008, under the Heads of Expenditure specified in the
Schedule; and the sum specified in the Schedule opposite a numbered and named Head is appropriated

out of the sum of eight hundred and twenty three million, two hundred and sixty-six thousand, and
three hundred and sixty-eight dollars ($823,266,368.00) for the purpose specified in relation to that
number and named Head in the Estimates for the year 2008.

3. Payment out of Consolidated Fund

The Accountant General is authorized and required, from time to time upon the order or warrant of
the Minister of Finance, to pay the sums appropriated in the Schedule to the several services and
purposes mentioned as the order or warrant directs out of the Consolidated Fund without further
order or formality.
