No. 7 of 2003

AN ACT to provide for the withdrawal of moneys from the
Consolidated Fund for services of Antigua and Barbuda for
the year ending on the 31st day of December, 2003.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as
follows -

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act, 2003 and Short Title and
shall be deemed to have come into operation on the first day of
January, 2003.

2. The issue from the Consolidated Fund of the sum of four
hundred and ninety-one million, three hundred and forty tliou-
sand, two hundred and ninety dollars ($491,340,290.00) is au-
thorized in order to meet expenditure for the services of Antigua
and Barbuda in respect of the calendar year ending on the thirty-
first day of December, 2003, under the Heads of Expenditure
specified in the Schedule; and the sum specified in the Sched-
ule opposite a numbered and named Head is appropriated out

($491,340,290.00) for the purpose specified in relation to that
numbered and named Head in the Estimates for the year 2003.

time to time upon the order or warrant of the Minister of Fi- ConsO'idated

directs out of the Consolidated Fund without further order or
formality.
